The 8 channel sound installation OFFSTAGE for Ofelia Plads is a 24 hours composition composed especially for this place. We wish to tell the story about the overheard and forgotten dramas and stories that unfolds in the setting of Skuespilhuset when the lights are off and the seats are empty. By creating this OFFSTAGE space we give people the opportunity to withdraw from the large public space and rediscover the human scale in a space where small and overheard dramas suddenly can be explored.
